Awareness Without Panic


This is where things get powerful.

In this session, you’ll uncover your personal trigger foods and situational risk areas—like travel, hormones, illness, or restaurants—while learning to spot the subtle ways the addict brain pushes for "more."

You’ll gain clarity on the crucial difference between hunger and wanting, psychological versus physical deprivation, and how to tell whether "I need more protein" is true wisdom… or addictive noise.

You’ll learn why:
Stability must come before optimization.

You do not need to fix everything.

You just need clarity.

And clarity builds confidence.

Session 3: Finding Peace for the Future
Safe Personalization and Lasting Commitment


Now we bring it together.

You’ll discover the true purpose of a food plan—predictability, neutrality, and freedom—and learn how to evaluate whether yours is actually working.

Through the Floor & Ceiling framework and powerful decision questions that quiet the brain, you’ll see how to make changes safely, one small variable at a time, while practicing real self-compassion (not permission) and stepping into the identity of someone who simply lives this way.

You will leave knowing how to critically evaluate adjustments.
